Yoga for Anxiety

Bring yoga into your journey of healing. For thousand of years the science of Yoga has been used to heal disease in both the body and mind.

Discover how yoga reduces anxiety and depression, releases negative emotions, eases muscle tension, and teaches us to recognize and respond to our body’s needs.  For beginning and experienced students alike, this series is inclusive and open to anyone seeking a safe, supportive environment to continue their journey of healing and balance. No previous yoga or meditation experience necessary.
