Join Sarah Sadie of Odonata Creative for a monthly series of Saturday morning CreativiTEAS and meet some New Muses. Over the year, we will explore ten creative principles in a whimsical and fun series of activities and adventures. Based on the work of creativity pioneer Jill Badonsky, M. Ed., these workshops will help you (re)discover your excitement, joy and delight in life. We’ll also share tips, techniques and tools for creatively overcoming those all too common demons, Fear and Overwhelm. We might even give Procrastination a run for its money.

Author and Infamous Mother pioneer, Sagashus Levingston, will share her work and engender discussion. Infamous Mothers provides personal and professional development for women who mother from the margins of society. A sneak preview of artwork by Women Against Hate will accompany the event. Breakfast will be buffet style with options for all diets (let us know if you are vegan).

ASANA + ACUPUNCTURE WITH XOCHI JOHN AND ERIKA ANDERSEN
Sunday, February 25 from 2:00-4:00pm

In this workshop, Xochi will first lead a gentle Yoga sequence informed by the Alexander Technique principle of good use. This framework offers space and

time to recognize areas of excess tension in our mind-body-self as a means to experience ease and energy in movement. In the final restorative pose, Erika will offer community acupuncture as a time to experience our inner sense of self. We hope you will join us in this exploration of energy within movement and stillness.
