Slide Food Cart introduces “Beyond Catering” and Fish Fry at The East Side Club
Now serving the Friday Fish Fry at the East Side Club Open to the Public, Friday nights 5pm-9pm

Madison – January 4th, 2016 – Christine Ameigh, owner of Slide Food Cart, announces the creation of Beyond Catering. The rebranded catering division will offer the same quality catering as before. “The reason we decided to change the name of the catering division is simple, we serve so much more than sliders and we wanted our brand to reflect that,” said Ameigh. The decision to rebrand the catering division was finalized when Ameigh and her staff were asked to re-open the Friday Fish Fry at The East Side Club, 3735 Monona Drive, on the shores of Lake Monona.

The fish fry menu features the usual Wisconsin favorite, beer-battered cod made with local Ale Asylum’s Unshadowed beer as well as a not to be missed fried catfish paired with the spicy tartar sauce. Patrons of Slide Food Cart will recognize some of their favorite sides like the fresh-fried hand-cut potato chips instead of a traditional french fry and Slide’s fresh coleslaw, a not-so-typical oil & vinegar based family recipe.

The East Side Club has long been a favored venue for weddings, meetings and events with its stunning panoramic views of the Madison skyline and the Capitol dome on the Isthmus.
